Freezing rain and drizzle….With temperatures struggling to get above freezing, and plenty of precipitation moving in from the west, periods of freezing rain can be expected through noon. Before precipitation starts to be come more scattered this afternoon. Watch out for refreeze tonight as skies clear and temperatures drop well into the 20′s. Some patchy freezing drizzle is then possible Sunday afternoon into early Sunday night, before temperatures warm above freezing overnight.
